  • Thoroughly clean the cinnamon sticks.

  • In a large pot, bring 32 oz of water to a boil.

  • Add all the cleaned and prepared ingredients (beetroots, lemons, cinnamon sticks, turmeric, and ginger) into the boiling water.

  • Allow the mixture to boil for 12 to 15 minutes.

  • Remove the pot from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

  • Enjoy a cup of the tea while it is still hot.

  • Store the remaining tea in jars in the refrigerator.

  • Warm up the tea before drinking for subsequent servings.
